Opening with a sonic staccato slap of electric piano from the mind of Nate Dort, Mystery Math’s newest single “Negative Phase Margin” is here to lead you on a descending chromatic journey that builds with intensity-ultimately resolving in a thunderous crashing of symbols and sonorous wave-wall of lead-trading distorted guitars, courtesy of Greg Evangelista, Chris Halverson, and Ray Goode respectively.

Being a small departure from Mystery Math’s melodic melancholy mischief, “Negative Phase Margin” is an epic gut-punch of a tune that has closed our recent live shows.
